Our caregivers have 7+ years of caregiving experience on average, and many have been with Bridges for years. They also truly see caring for our clients as a vocation rather than a job, and often go above and beyond what is required. All of our caregivers are fluent English speakers.

Bridges has been serving the Boise area since 2013 and is run by a wife and husband team with aging parents of their own. We are not beholden to the corporate bottom line, like the big national chains, so that we can focus 100% on serving the Treasure Valley community. All of our caregivers are local and have deep ties to the community.
You will never speak to an automated robot when you call. Once you call us and would like to move forward, we will come to you to do an initial assessment. Or if the need is urgent, we can usually get an experienced caregiver to you or your loved one on the same day. We will also work with your long-term care insurance company to simplify the paperwork.
We always take the time to personalize the care experience to the client and the client’s family’s needs. We carefully select the caregiver(s) from a large pool to ensure a match in service levels, schedules, personalities, etc. Our selective hiring practices enable our caregivers to provide a consistent experience that meets or exceeds your and your loved one’s expectations.
